• To present construction drawings (sketches, plans, 3D renderings) to the contractors that will work on your project.
• To be put in contact with contractors and craftsmen who have the experience required to complete your project and who have been selected by Atelier Alto for their reliability and know-how.

Phase 1: understand your expectations – assessment of your commercial space
This first step plays a fundamental role in the success of your project. The objective of this meeting is to collect information from you in order to define your goals and expectations for your future commercial space, whether it is a corporate office, shop, hotel, restaurant, etc. Thanks to your collaboration, Atelier Alto takes note of your interior decoration preferences and of your needs in terms of space-planning and the organization of a workspace according to the different professional activities, to facilitate the collaboration between teams and to improve their well-being at work.
It is at this stage that Atelier Alto carries out a site visit to assess all the constraints (standards to be respected, networks, load-bearing walls) but also the potential of your space (its optimization, natural lighting, etc.). Once the visit is complete, you will have a first idea of the budget for your project – this will be an indicative figure and it will be further defined during the next steps.

Phase 2: APS (avant-projet sommaire)
We are entering the heart of the project! The study phase starts with the survey of your space, the base on which the Atelier will draft the first suggestions for the development of your project. These will be offered through sketches and drawings (plans, sections, elevations) as well as mood boards (choice of materials, furniture, decorative elements). Together, these documents will help define a preliminary estimate of project costs.

Phase 3: APD (avant-projet définitif)
We take the reins of the project based on your design preferences. We will go deeper into defining all aspects of the previous phase and go into the details of the design. It is at this stage that you will be able to immerse yourself in your project thanks to 3D and realistic renderings of the space. With all the necessary construction drawings in hand, Atelier Alto will reach out to general contractors that will have been selected for you based on the scope of your project. Following the selection of the general contractor, Atelier Alto will also support you with the next step, if you wish.

Phase 4: oversee and coordinate the works
It is at this stage that your long-awaited project will come to life. Atelier Alto will oversee the progress of the works and ensure the coordination of all the trades involved, including the general contractor, plumber, mason, craftsmen, etc., making sure that your project is realized up to the highest standards and that all the deadlines are respected. The Atelier will keep you updated on the progress of the works through regular meetings.
